You can't get more country than this - a picturesque chapel with wooden floors and pews, bridal party in boots (including the bride!), burlap bows and baby's breath. Every detail of Matt and
Katie's wedding emphasized her love for everything country. Set at Lone Oak Ranch & Retreat, their wedding chapel was built in the late 1800s and later moved to the current location about 10 years ago. The wooden floors and
pews made a great backdrop for this wedding that included a horse drawn carriage, burlap accents and a bridal bouquet made of vintage brooch and pins given to the bride by family and friends.
After the ceremony, the bride and groom quickly found a remote spot where they participated in a foot washing ceremony while guests enjoyed appetizers in the banquet hall. Soon they were off to
join their guests with dancing, a soda bar, s'mores on the deck, and heart-shaped sparklers to end the evening. Thank you Melanie Melugin Photography for letting me join in the fun!
